Event federation

Problem/Motivation

At recent offdem there's been a push towards standardise events federation. More at: https://event-federation.eu/2024/02/10/fediversity-at-o%e2%82%84ffdem/.

I wonder whether there's been any activity on supporting of event federation by this drupal module?

P.S: I'm flirting with the idea of getting involved with the activitypub project but I don't yet have enough knowledge of the AP protocol and the module. Do you have any advice of a good entry point.
