Abandoned package php-http/message-factory should be replaced with psr/http-factory.

There is a new major version of php-http/cache-plugin 2.0.0, which gets rid of that dependency. But unfortunately the latest dev version, which is 11.14-dev, of php-gitlab-api does not go to 2.0.0 of that cache-plugin.
Lets ping m4tthumphrey/php-gitlab-api to bump their dependency.
