Abandoned package php-http/message-factory required

Problem/Motivation

Abandoned package php-http/message-factory should be replaced with psr/http-factory.

Here is the dependency tree:

php-http/cache-plugin 1.8.1 requires php-http/message-factory (^1.0)
m4tthumphrey/php-gitlab-api 11.13.0 requires php-http/cache-plugin (^1.8.1)
zeichen32/gitlabapibundle v6.1.1 requires m4tthumphrey/php-gitlab-api (^11.0)
drupal/gitlab_api 2.2.0 requires zeichen32/gitlabapibundle (^6.0)

There is a new major version of php-http/cache-plugin 2.0.0, which gets rid of that dependency. But unfortunately the latest dev version, which is 11.14-dev, of php-gitlab-api does not go to 2.0.0 of that cache-plugin.

Proposed resolution

Lets ping m4tthumphrey/php-gitlab-api to bump their dependency.
