<nolink> is not working for the menus in the navigation bar.

Problem/Motivation

Here is the screenshot I am attaching for the reference

Steps to reproduce

When clicking on the menu link to open submenus then It is unable to open.
That's why going to a menu in which there are submenus and when write
still it's not working.
