Improve UX for deleting relationship

Problem/Motivation

Our customers (who love groups!) have given us some feedback on something they find confusing.

When deleting a relationship they are often nervous about accidentally removing content or user accounts due to the question used in the confirmation delete form.

E.g. when remove a node called "News content sample" is removed from the group the title of the delete form is "Are you sure you want to delete News content sample?".

They have reported they often have to double check to make sure they are not deleting the node itself.

Proposed resolution

Change the format of the question to "Are you sure you want to remove %name from %group?"

This is more inline with the leave group form which asks "Are you sure you want to leave %group?"
