Translated content not updated from 3 to 4 syntax

To check if the item is translatable & the fields is translated, then update the translated items as well if so.

This should work: I created 2 translatable node bundles, one where the field body is translatable and one where it isn't (only node itself translatable) and both seem to work fine with this merge request.

Can you confirm if it solves it for you please?
