When saving a node the anchor is duplicated. After first creating the anchor <a class="ck-anchor" id="newfilearea" name="newfilearea"> appears in the markup. After saving the node, and then editing again, the anchor has been copied, but with fewer attributes. <a name="newfilearea"></a><a name="newfilearea"></a><a class="ck-anchor" id="newfilearea" name="newfilearea"></a>
This continues each time the node is saved. With paragraphs, this occurs when the paragraph is edited and collapsed.
Using Drupal 10.2.3 with CKeditor 5
Add and anchor and save. Inspect the markup.
