When choosing to exclude an entity from Search API, it is affecting all translations of the entity. For example, we may want to have the EN-US version of a node to show up in search results, but exclude the FR-FR version of it. Right now, changing the value affects all translations.
Create an entity that has Search API Exclude enabled for it
Translate the entity to another language
Change the setting for the entity and see that it has impacted all translations
Allow the value to be translated
