Review group roles for Group v3

Problem/Motivation

In Group version 3 there is better support for synchronized roles, while the old member/outsider roles are not applicable in the same way anymore. We should review the following roles and add them automatically upon installation/configuration:
- Anonymous - always outsider
- Authenticated - outsider/insider
- Administrator - outsider/insder
