How do we set the entity length?

Problem/Motivation

The module installs three different modules (Node title length, Taxonomy term title length and plain Title length). But the Readme.md file only lists two fields to change in the settings.php file and two drush commands. Is there a third out there? I tried the intuitive version:

drush title_length:update entity

and got an error.
