Custom error message is not used

Problem/Motivation

The module provides a custom "Error message" field for when users hit the limit. But this is not used, instead the default is used.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a flag and apply the "Limited flagging per flag by user" checkbox
  2. Set the "Error message" field
  3. Apply the flag to content and attempt to exceed the limit of flags.
  4. Default "You can add only @max_count flagging." is shown regardless of error message set.

Proposed resolution

    Hello,

    Thanks for this great module - it saved me a bunch of custom work :)
    Attached is a patch for including the custom message when exceeding the flag limit.

    I've also updated the default message to make it more grammatically correct, I hope that's ok.
