Add component to toggle a mobile container

Mobile search experiences often require putting filters/facets/sorts into a toggleable drawer/popup/container, it would be good if SWC provided a button component and possible a container component to facilitate toggling the visibility of a container for mobile filters/facets/sorts.

To Do

  • Determine if the container should be a new component or just a class/attribute to target
  • Determine if there is functional difference between drawer/popup/container
  • Identify common configuration options that will be needed for the toggle button
