Incorrect Youtube channel URL being generated

The Youtube channel URL is incorrect. For example, my youtube channel is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0fvvW8lO72AVkxF8VT61Ag but this module is generating it as https://www.youtube.com/@UC0fvvW8lO72AVkxF8VT61Ag.
