Update the content_access_by_path textfield to a link field which supports autocompleted internal links and manually entered links. Ensure link access is retained for wildcard paths e.g. if you are allowed to edit "Rugby" and the URL is /sport/rugby, will you also be able to edit /sport/rugby/world-cup
