Missing schema for action link plugins - translation of action plugin link and message texts

This is because there's no config schema defined for the plugins.

I'm having a go at fixing it and it's got me stumped. I'll push what I have so far.

(BTW: Please don't add random tags to issues!)

Figured it out with help from @berdir in slack.

Fixed, and new release coming soon.
