JS File common.js & Jquery does not exists

Problem/Motivation

The theme was downloaded via composer and installed as the default theme. The browser console indicates that js/common.js, js/jquery.noty.min.js and js/jquery-migrate-3.3.2.min.js are missing when I open the front-end.

Steps to reproduce

Install the theme and open the front-end. An error message about a missing file will appear in the browser console.

Proposed resolution

Remove the js/common.js, js/jquery.noty.min.js and js/jquery-migrate-3.3.2.min.js files from the food.libraries.yml file.
Run: drush cr

    Removed the js/common.js, js/jquery.noty.min.js and js/jquery-migrate-3.3.2.min.js files from the food.libraries.yml file.
    Please review the patch.
