Output failure or error message when prompting to ignore via Drush

Problem/Motivation

Currently only the task ID is output when prompting to ignore an item through Drush. This makes it harder to know exactly what the task result is being ignored.

Proposed resolution

Print the table of failures before prompting the user to decide on ignoring.
