Add documentation to email content templates

Problem/Motivation

The templates that someone would override to customize the HTML body, plain text body, and inbox preview HTML formatting have no documentation in them. This may make it difficult for developers to understand the available variables and possible template suggestions.

Proposed resolution

Add documentation in comments in these Twig files.
