"Ping threshold" option doesn't reflect its set value

Problem/Motivation

For the SMTP Transport, changing the "Ping threshold" under "Advanced options" saves the value, but doesn't reflect the value set as the default is loading from the incorrect configuration key.

One is still able to set the threshold, but if the form is then resaved, the value is lost.

Steps to reproduce

As an administrator with permission to modify Symfony Mailer Transport configuration:

- Navigate to /admin/config/system/symfony-mailer-lite/transport
- Add or edit an SMTP transport option
- Under "Advanced options" set a value for "Ping threshold" and save the form
- Edit the SMTP transport option again
- Note that the "Ping threshold" is now blank
