Undefined array key wrapper_classes if layout is not defined

Problem/Motivation

When you have paragraphs with an unknown layout then you get

Nachricht Warning: Undefined array key "wrapper_classes" in Drupal\paragraphs_collection\Plugin\paragraphs\Behavior\ParagraphsGridLayoutPlugin->preprocess()

log a warning and return early in that case.
