Type Error While installing other modules

While installing the other modules ,getting the following error.

TypeError: array_keys(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, string given in array_keys() (line 38 of C:\xampp\htdocs\dstest1\web\modules\contrib\mercury_editor\src\Routing\NodeAddRoutes.php).
