Add Dependency module(Responsive Image)

Add "Responsive Image" as dependency for this module.

If we are not enabled that module throws below error.
Error: Class "Drupal\responsive_image\Plugin\Field\FieldFormatter\ResponsiveImageFormatter" not found in include() (line 30 of modules/contrib/responsive_image_class/src/Plugin/Field/FieldFormatter/ResponsiveImageClassFormatter.php).
