On user register page, Picture - Choose file button is not align center, Contact setting checkbox is bigger in size, Create new account button is bigger too.

I have review the issue and I was able to replicate the spacing below the "Choose File" button. Below is the screenshot for the same.

Before Patch:

Once the patch is applied the spacing gets removed and the changes looks fine for me.
