Complex html like unordered lists breaks footnotes

Problem/Motivation

If you add eg unordered list to the footnotes text format and use that inside <footnotes>tags, the footnote is not printed.

Steps to reproduce

Edit the footnotes text format
Add unordered list
Edit the Full html text format to add footnotes and footnotes filter
Create a node with Full HTML format with a footnote reference that contains an unordered list. For example include the following int he body text:
<footnotes data-value="" ><ul><li>List item one.</li><li>List item two.</li></ul></footnotes>

If you could please review there and confirm whether the fix fixes it for you (or otherwise provide clear steps to reproduce there) that would be much appreciated.
