Add Dall-e support to openai_eca

Problem/Motivation

Hi,

I've been using openai_eca in a number of models now and it's already proving to be tremendously powerful. It would already remove reliance on other AI modules if it could also work with images.

I have the openai dalle module installed but openai dall-e models or actions are not available in ECA. I think it would be a great addition to have the features of that module become available to opena_eca.
