Add handling for special field types

Add special handling for file/image fields, as currently the email will send a reference ID value, which isn't very heplful for administrators. While we're at it, we can extend the handling to also omit inclusion of the last activity property on the user profile, as the values sent via email are unix timestamps and are also not useful and can be a bit noisy.
