Only available in the Interface text language detection?

Problem/Motivation

Detection method "Language Selection Page" only appears under the "Interface text language detection" and it doesn't appear under the "Content language detection". It cannot be used if you want to differ Content language detection from interface text language detection settings

Steps to reproduce

1. Install and enable module,
2. Under /admin/config/regional/language/detection select option "Customize Content language detection to differ from Interface text language detection settings"
3. Try to find "Language Selection Page" detection method under the section "Content language detection". It only appears under the section "Interface text language detection". It doesn't appear in my setup (Drupal 10.1.7)
