Division by 0 when max_slots is 0

Problem/Motivation

One of my customers set the max slots to 0 to disable further bookings. This caused a WSOD

DivisionByZeroError: Division by zero in Drupal\bookable_calendar\Renderer->instanceAvailability() (line 139 in web/modules/contrib/bookable_calendar/src/Renderer.php).
