Add local caching for some remote data

Problem/Motivation

Some static data, e.g. currencies and countries in 📌 The service should not initialise countries and currencies RTBC , are often pulled from IN. This could become a performance issue.

Proposed resolution

Let's cache such data locally and only pull it when not available in the local cache.
