Message templates allow the definition of "partials", which are pieces of markup that may be used individually in view modes, views, etc. However, if the message is somehow used through tokens, it is not possible to address the partials.
Add partials to hook_token_info() and hook_token() implementations of the module.

Code
The change is currently missing an automated test that fails when run with the original code, and succeeds when the bug has been fixed.
Submitting for review to see if this would something to be considered. I realise this would need some tests to be merged.
