Unable to read the README.txt and unsure how to use or buy if need.

I was unable to read the README.txt file.

I would not mind paying for a module that has promise. I installed the module with composer and did not know how to use it. I was able to use drush to uninstall and composer to remove.

Apologies, but searching for md_slider on google seemed to suggest this is a paid for slider, but where do you buy and where is the documentation?
