Fix config translation prefix for bundle translations

Problem/Motivation

While working with paragraphs, I found the module uses an incorrect config prefix to translate the paragraph type.

Proposed resolution

We should use the getConfigPrefix method from the bundle entity type instead of building the config name from the entity type and bundle key.
