Quick Edit does not work

I have AdaptiveTheme installed. After switching from drupal9 to Drupal10, Contextual Links, Settings Tray, Quick Edit disappeared from me. Links to quick editing of the material are not displayed. If I include the Bootstrap 8.x-3.29 theme, then all links to edit the material work well. Installing a new AdaptiveTheme theme doesn't help either. What is the reason?
