'jQuery UI Datepicker' module don't have library so cannot extend library for some UI changes.

Steps to reproduce

Install jquery_ui and jQuery ui datepicker module and check the jQuery Datepicker module for library.

Proposed resolution

A library should me added to jQuery UI Datepicker module then we can extend library as below -

libraries-override:
  jquery_ui_datepicker/datepicker:
    - <custom Theme>/<custom theme librtary>
