Use configured units of measure for measurements

Problem/Motivation

Field operation measurements are syncing with metric units by default. This should respect the configured quantity system of measurement configured in farmOS. JD allows a Accept-UOM-System header to specify this in relevant API requests.

Steps to reproduce

Set units to US/Imperial, import field operations, and observe that metric is imported.

Proposed resolution

Respect quantity system of measurement setting.
