Offering to maintain Domain Role Access

This module needs a release for Drupal 10. It is almost ready, as I say in ✨ Drupal 10 release Closed: duplicate . I'm offering as maintainer to create a new release for Drupal 10. This release would include:

Dropping support for D8
Using semver (2.0.0 release).

On of my clients requires this functionality and I prefer to use and fix contrib code instead of using custom code that can't be shared with te community.
