Call to undefined function modalframe_child_js

There's a call to modalframe_child_js which doesn't exist in the usual hostmaster codebase as far as I can tell?

It's in hosting_js_page which as far as I can see is only used for the 'compare' link when bulk migrating sites from one platform to another.

Oh! In fact there a references to modal frame all over the codebase! You get a JavaScript error every time you click on a task with a dialog for example!

It's must have been like this for years!
