Problem/Motivation

hosting_ssl_get_keys has a warning in PHP 7.4 and an error in PHP 8.0.

Steps to reproduce

Visit the site add page, with the hosting_ssl module enabled, and some ssl keys in the DB.

Change from count to strlen
