Error in hosting_ssl_get_keys

hosting_ssl_get_keys has a warning in PHP 7.4 and an error in PHP 8.0.

Visit the site add page, with the hosting_ssl module enabled, and some ssl keys in the DB.

Change from count to strlen

Actually, the original intention of the code was that it should be a strlen otherwise "0" won't be allowed etc.
