Checking Permission Before cloning Content

This module has been running smoothly, but i have noticed a problem with permissions.
Even if a user isn't allowed to create any content, they can still clone it.
To fix this, i added a check to make sure users have the right permissions before they clone content.
Please take a look at the fix and let me know in case of any change.
