Donate receipt is returning blank dollar amount

Possibly related to 🐛 Function strftime() is deprecated Active ?

The ff58e6e77aaee83058aa372dc41ba3cc757451a3 megacommit included a change from $donation->getDollarAmount() to $donation->getFormattedAmount() and also changed the associated token name to [formatted_amount] from [dollar_amount].

We add the token back, but do not show it as an option to avoid redundancy.
