Remote videos overflow their containing element

The issue is tagged as fixed, but is is For Drupal 8, and the same issue occurs in Drupal 10.
Youtube video overflows on sp-sise screen.
Also, the editor pane was broken even on pc-sise screen, due to the size of the embedded video. Look at the attached file, editor-issue.png. The horizontal scroll bar appears in the browser and right side pane was overflown.

This issue can be fixed by the same way as the previously fixed issue on Drupal 8, but problem is , when Drupal 10 is updated, the fix was vanish so every time you upgrade Drupal 10 you have to patch manually.
