Hello,
From the screenshot, Drupal does not have enough permissions. Go to your-site/admin/reports/status and check if you have any errors there. Also go to your-site//admin/config/media/file-system and check Public file base URL is correct.Best wishes,

Alaa thank you for the tips, I will check your recommendations. In the meantime, I decided to return to W3CSS Theme V2. Is is seem working normally.

I found no issues, but web site still broken (even with W3CSS). I also flushed all caches, run cron and update.php, and flushed Cloud Flare cache as well. I think I will return to PHP 8.1 and Drupal 9.5 in the mean time. :(

Hello,
First, update the core part of the job, then the theme and test the core with Drupal Core theme. I will also check if all the contrib modules work with version 10.2. It should be easy as long as there are no special changes made to the site.Best wishes,

Thank you Alaa. I will try soon, based on Claro theme. Maybe the issue it is related to PHP versions. Because on that point not even Claro works as base theme, as you can see in the attached file. I am not sure if that screen show a real Drupal Core issue, or if it is just an alert related to the update.

Alaa just to let you know that I finally resolved the issue.
- Changed the Responsive Image Styles, Wide to Do not use this breakpoint, and only use my preferred Fallback image style, in my case 1280x720, and so on with User and Narrow. Before, I have a 50% image style size enabled as a fallback.
- Flush all caches.
- Went to Cloudflare, Purge Cache, and Voila!
Also, in my second try a new Drupal version was installed.
- Status changed to Fixed

Hello,
That's fantastic news! It sounds like adjusting the Responsive Image Styles and setting a specific fallback image style, combined with flushing all caches and purging the Cloudflare cache, did the trick. Great job troubleshooting and finding the solution. If there's anything else you need help with, please feel free to let me know.
Best wishes,
