SQL error after upgrade to V 4.0

We upgrade lightning_workflow 3.19 to 4.0 and ended up with SQL error

Make sure lightning_workflow 3.19 is enabled and update it to 4.0 using the steps here - https://www.drupal.org/project/lightning_workflow/releases/4.0.0 →
After the database update is complete, Visit any page on the site.
