I created a content type career notice and added some nodes to it after that when I create a views named Careers with Table Format then Title name of the views is not shown as I expected & name of table heading is also not clearly vissible after saving.

The issue may be due to disable 'Page Title' block from your theme region or for only your view page. So navigate to Block layout section and confirm that 'Page title' block is in region also check Visibility section of 'Page title' block for view path.

Thanks @ravikant! I had disable the "Page Title" because I had created a basic page for Home page and for that I disabled the 'Page Title' because I do not want to show title on Home Page. If you have any suggestion how to create Home page, please suggest me.
And one more problem is that text of the table is not visible and icon of different file type is also missing but In view mode It is clearly showing with icon. If this problem can also be solve then please guide me.

You can use visibility option from block configuration page according requirements.

And table size issue may be due to table width, also there may be many situation so without seeing code i cannot suggest solution.

One more issue is that the icon of file format is not displaying . I mean the small icon before any filename. for example- If I have uploaded a pdf file named as drupal.pdf then a icon should be display before the filename. I have uploaded two screenshots. kindly see.

The possible issue may be as -
1. icons is not on your theme.
2. The path of icons is wrong.

So, you can try to check from inspect in the browser console.
