view mode label string returning from cache

Problem/Motivation

• The Issue is after clearing a cache, the view mode label string stores cache text in both languages when rendered the first time.
• This also impacts when we are using these embed buttons in CKEditor while selecting display modes for an entity.

Steps to reproduce

• Install Entity Embed module & add 2 languages
• Create 1 block Type & make sure we have display mode available for the content block. By default, Full display mode is available for content block.
• Go to (admin/config/regional/translate) and translate the string "Full" to the new translated language.
• Go to embed Buttons (admin/config/content/embed) & add a new embed button of type block entity, Then we will see Allowed Entity Embed Display plugins.
• By default, we will see "Full" text in both English & translated language.
• Clear cache and open the edit embed button page in the translated language, we will see the same translated text (Completo) in both languages.
