Remove customised nightwatch jobs from .gitlab-ci template

The MR78 test looks to have run exactly the same set of jobs as your branch scheduled test. Compare the two attached screenshots.

Note that this MR3 is using the gitlab_templates mr

So it should not be committed until #3397270: Nightwatch testing against all opted in versions → is merged, then those two lines can be reverted back to the default.

Also note that as you are using the default for 'ref' the updated features will not be immediately available. You could switch to 'main' or '1.0.x-latest' to get the changes quicker. I see that https://git.drupalcode.org/project/decoupled_pages/-/pipelines/98441 only had one nightwatch job. But setting to 'main' you got the full set of variants https://git.drupalcode.org/project/decoupled_pages/-/pipelines/98447
