Bug behavior:

Deprecated function: ucfirst(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in role_expire_form_user_role_form_alter() (line 48 of modules/contrib/role_expire/role_expire.module).

Steps to reproduce:

Log in as admin on D10 site with role_expire module enabled.
Go to "Add a new role" section under /admin/people/roles/add
Observe the error message
