Can't save image?

Problem/Motivation

After adding the image widget to the CKEditor toolbar, I successfully created an image. (Thx!) But when I tried to click on the image to select it, the error message said it couldn't be saved. There are no errors generated in the Drupal Logs, but I'm enclosing a screen grab of the errors in the browser console. Is there something else I should configure?
