Add "Show More" to facet-checkbox and facet-button

For list type facets with a lot of options it's common to display 5-10 options and then hide the rest of the options behind a "Show More" button. The facet-checkbox and facet-button components should support this out of the box.

Determine if show more should show all additional options or a configurable amount more
