Add ContentEntityUpdater

Problem/Motivation

I think we should provide a ContentEntityUpdater that can easily be used to bulk-update entities much like ConfigEntityUpdater can do by using the sandbox argument and resetting the entity cache after each batch to prevent out of memory limit errors.
