Our example are becoming a little unwieldy. I like the idea of having examples though. Before giving up on them, I'd like to see if we could make them a little easier to use and maintain. Some ideas:
* Use something like MSW by default to allow examples to function without a live Drupal environment.
* Allow the backend URL to be overridden in an .env file.
* Address UUIDs dependencies that won't be consistent across environments. Either remove examples that depend on UUIDs, or come up with a way to easily override these values.

Closing as a dupe. This was addressed by https://www.drupal.org/project/api_client/issues/3379155 → Setup is hopefully hands off enough that we don't need to do extensive mocking via MSW for now.
